The Only True Authority

These were the words that came to me in the beginning of MiST. They are the reason why I keep showing up, over and over again. Over the last 3 months, I had to remember and repeat them inwardly many times. It has been a time of confusion, but also clarification. Recognising abuse, but also saying no to it and walking away. Doubting myself, but also seeing myself stand up for myself with the greatest respect and love.
