An invitation to join me in 2024 for R A D I A N T - Spring Yoga & Self-Discovery retreat in Portugal Apr 13-20, 2024. This will be the only opportunity to retreat with me next year, so I warmly invite you to Bodhi Bhavan, our beautiful Portuguese retreat home.
The Spring brings an energy of rebirth, renewal, freshness. It’s a time of refilling our cup after the long winter months and planting seeds for a more fulfilled and heart-centred life. It feels like it is time for so many of us to stop living a life of quiet compromise, of average (dis)contentment, of “just getting by”. We are not here to “just get by” - we are here to thrive, to be free, to be radiantly alive. If this resonates, come. It’s your time.

Uncover your own radiance
Our radiance is innate. It is an essential and magnetic quality of our nature. Our task is not to seek it externally, nor to create it through our work or appearance. Our task is simply to remove the seeming obstacles we’ve placed in the way of it, due to conditioning, old pain, protective but untrue beliefs that are passed down generations. Our “work” is to un-dim our own light, which is already quietly shining behind all the clutter of the personal and collective mind. This is the intention with which I created this retreat. The Spring is a great time for this exploration, as we come out of the quiet, dark and introverted womb of the Winter. It’s a time of renewal, rebirth, fresh aliveness. It’s an invitation to begin again, moment to moment, freed from the cage of old concepts and patterns. It’s a time of sharpening our vision, fostering our creativity and letting it unfold naturally from the heart. It’s a time of allowing our own radiance to come through and illuminate the world in its unique and unknown way.
This will be the only opportunity to come with me in 2024 at our Portuguese retreat home Bodhi Bhavan. As I’m sure you’ve seen on the pictures, it’s an oasis of calm and unspeakable beauty, which has been holding a loving and powerful core group of people for the last 4 years. It has also been supporting me to deepen as a teacher, to soften as a human being and to constantly refine the experience for you. I am at home at Bodhi and I welcome you Home.

In this retreat you will:
Find a nourishing sacred space to put your guard down, take off your masks and allow yourself to be as you are
Tend to your mind, body and soul through yoga, meditation, sound healing and healing circles
Uncover the obstacles (ie beliefs) within yourself that seemingly dim your own radiance
Tend to the wounds that these beliefs protect with love
Shift from patterning to radiant presence; move forward equipped with practical steps and commitment to lead a life in integrity with your heart.
