We will explore the energies of Autumn - a time of letting go, releasing what doesn’t serve us anymore - mentally, emotionally , physically - and preparing the body for the healing darkness of the winter. It’s a slow detoxing flow, bathed in Glenneth’s live electro-accoustic set, followed by a sweet sound-infused yoga nidra.

WHO ARE WE?
Glenneth is a London based composer and producer, creating long-form, meditative electro-acoustic music. With a focus on interwoven systems of pattern and flux, Glenneth’s music delicately balances drifts of keys, sythns and percussion to create a deep sonic experience. @lauriecarter_glenneth.
Iri is the host of MindRest. She trained in Rasa yoga with Tanja Mickwitz, hypnotherapy and self-inquiry with Gangaji and Eli Jaxon-Bear, mindfulness, sound healing and yoga nidra. A former dancer (and still a dancer at heart), she brings playfulness and soothing presence to her classes. Her life and work are dedicated to uncovering the seed of deep peace and fulfilment that resides in every one of us. More about Iri: @theseed.yoga
What is MindRest?
MindRest is a series of sound-infused evenings of yoga, mindfulness and deep relaxation, born out of our heart’s desire to collaborate with others and celebrate their wisdom in service of inner peace. Together, we weave different talents, ours and yours, to create an oasis of stillness, nourishment and deep rest from our busy lives and minds.
Each workshop will explore a different inquiry into our nature, following a familiar structure: MOVE your body through soulful and accessible yoga, STILL your mind through sound bath, mindfulness and guided relaxation, INQUIRE deeply through free-flow journalling and let true insight arise from this stillness.
MindRest is not about teaching you anything. In fact, we have nothing to teach you and all knowledge can be forgotten here. We create a soothing cocoon of deep and healing relaxation so that you can uncover your own inner wisdom - a 'MindRest' where the body can open, the conscious mind can let go and insights can arise from within. You are your own compassionate teacher.
