By participating in this retreat you accept responsibility for your own health and safety, and agree to comply with COVID-19 preventive safety measures put in place by the organisers and the retreat centre.
For your health and safety, the venue is committed to excellent hygiene standards and whenever possible yoga classes and other activities will take place outside.
The organisers and retreat centre are not responsible in the case of illness or any health issues incurred before, during, or after the retreat and we retain the right to cancel the retreat if the health and safety of the guests and hosts is compromised.
How will we decide whether to run the retreat or not?
We will be running the retreat only when it is both safe and stress-free to do so and when the following applies:
The retreat destination country borders are open for travel from the UK, Europe & the US without any quarantine restrictions on arrival.
I and our local hosts are able to manage a retreat whilst fully complying with all local safeguarding measures and that these do not negatively affect the retreat experience.
A minimum number of attendees have signed up for the retreat 2 months before the retreat start date.
When you book, you will receive an email setting out our timelines and process for decision making about whether your retreat will go ahead. Full balance payments will only be requested if we can confirm the retreat can go ahead two months prior the retreat commencement date.

What happens if you have COVID-19 symptoms while on the retreat?
If you develop Coronavirus symptoms while on a retreat, I will have free rapid Covid-19 Antigen tests available. If your test is positive, you will be quarantined away from the group and we will assist you to ensure that you are well looked after until you can get home. It is important that you have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical costs incurred due to Coronavirus, treatment or self-isolation will need to be covered by you.

To secure your spot a non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment will be required 2 months before the retreat commencement date and will only be requested if the safety conditions for the retreat are in place.
Your booking is not secured until I have your deposit or payment. Your spot will be forfeited if I do not receive your final balance payment.
Flexible flights and travel insurance
We highly recommend your book flexible or refundable flights in case of any changes to your trip.
We encourage a comprehensive travel insurance which should cover the activities you plan to undertake and have adequate cover for travel delay, cancellation and curtailment, medical expenses and your personal belongings. Your policy should include cover for any medical or quarantine claim due to Coronavirus and trip cancellation due to you falling ill with Coronavirus and being unable to travel or being required to self-isolate.
We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, the threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, a venue making changes to or cancelling my booking, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond my control. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage to any of your belongings while on a retreat or while you are travelling to or from the retreat.
