Dear Ones,
In May, I welcome you every Wednesday evening at 8pm UK to a guided invitation to Silence on Zoom.
We will explore different doorways - the 5 elements - into a quiet and spacious mind, an open heart and an alive & intimate discovery of your Essential nature. Some refer to it as Silence, others as Peace, Truth or Love…but in the end, all these words are meaningless unless it is your own lived and direct discovery.
Come and let yourself be held in the shared presence of the group, allow your body and psyche to heal, in the light of your attention, put your thoughts down for a moment. Make space in yourself for your Self.
What to expect?
We will meet for 5 Wednesdays from May 4 to June 1
Each session will last 1h to keep it manageable for people with a lot on
Each week, through a guided meditation, we will explore the wisdom of a different element within us - from Earth to Space - as a doorway to our Essential nature.
We will rest together in the long silent gaps between words and allow Essence to reveal itself spontaneously
We will close with a moment to share what is revealed as a group
Suggested Contribution for all 5 sessions: £40 @paypal.me/theseedyoga
If you are struggling financially and would like to contribute something else or nothing at all, be my guest. This is open to all - no questions asked.
Who is this for?
Literally everyone who feels called to explore who they are. There is no prior meditation practice required - this is accessible for everyone and of benefit to all, beginners and advanced meditators alike.
What is Space of Grace?
Space of Grace is a mixed circle for all of us, men and women, to come together with no definitions.
It’s a space where we can simply be as we naturally are without fixing ourselves or another.
It’s a space where we can share what weighs on us and what rejoices us; where we come to be heard, to be seen, to be felt or simply to be.
It’s a space where we recognise ourselves in another; where the boundaries between this gender and that gender, this profession and that profession, “me” and “you” can soften.
It’s a space where we can all recognise and reclaim the parts of ourselves that we have disowned. We can only do it together.
So I warmly welcome you and please feel free to invite your partner & friends too. Everyone is welcome.
