For a quiet introvert like me, I must admit that they are mixed, but I look forward to stretch my own boundaries and explore what lies beyond them.
Join me for a nourishing MindRest on June 6 at 10.30am in our beautiful London home Studio Soma, Stoke Newington. It also happens to be my birthday and it has become a bit of a tradition to invite friends for yoga on that day.
We’ll share some ceremonial cacao and set an intention for this time of new beginnings
We will follow with a warm slow and steady yoga flow to open the body to the medicine

What is MindRest?
MindRest is a series of sound-infused immersions of yoga, self-inquiry and deep relaxation. Together, we create an oasis of stillness, nourishment and deep rest from our busy lives and minds.
Each immersion explores a different inquiry into our nature, following a familiar structure: MOVE your body through soulful and accessible yoga, STILL your mind through sound bath, mindfulness and guided relaxation, INQUIRE deeply through free-flow journalling and let true insight arise from this stillness.
MindRest is not about teaching you anything. In fact, I have nothing to teach you and all knowledge can be forgotten here. Together we create a soothing cocoon of deep and healing relaxation so that you can uncover your own inner wisdom - a 'MindRest' where the body can open, the conscious mind can let go and insights can arise from within. You are your own compassionate teacher.
