A skilful invitation to work with and befriend anxiety. This session is for everyone who struggles with its difficult effects and will include:
some basic tools to self-regulate when we need it the most
a guided meditation to become aware of our present experience and allow it, rather than resist it
resourcing techniques to return to a balanced state and be able to inquire deeper into what our bodies are trying to communicate
the beginning of an inquiry into what is at the root of anxiety.
