This class takes you from gentle restorative movement to total stillness in guided relaxation. Restorative Yoga is a slow and meditative practice, where the postures are held for a long time, often with the support of props. Though seemingly easy and accessible to all, it works deep within the body to release somatic tension and restore emotional and physical balance. Practitioners of all levels and physical abilities are welcome. Let’s rest and take care of ourselves together.
