Dear friends,
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you again, after a couple of years of break, in our beautiful oasis Bodhi Bhavan, South-West Portugal, for a week of what we do best - coming back into our bodies, letting our minds take the back seat, listening deeply to the wisdom and guidance within.
If you’ve been reading these newsletters for a while, I probably don't have to explain much - it’s not your typical wellness holiday, but rather a fusion of yoga, therapeutic support and self-reflection. It's quiet, it goes deep in the body, it brings up stuff that is ready to be seen and released. It is a work of the soul.
